Built from the pattern up, now in runs as small as 12 pieces. Short-run polos, tees, button-ups, and custom jerseys in as little as 14 days; fully bespoke fabrics, fits, and trims when the catalog can't tell your story; and production capacity for corporate uniform programs and nationwide rollouts. One pattern team, every scale.
Cut & sew is a project, not a transaction. We start with your brief (fit, fabric, function, finish) and end with finished garments delivered to spec. Short runs of standard silhouettes move on a fast track; fully bespoke builds get the complete pattern-to-sample cycle, so what shows up matches what you signed off on either way.
Your specs (fabric, fit, color, trims, branding placement) turn into a tech pack: drawings, measurements, materials, finishes.
Our pattern team drafts the garment. Bespoke builds get a physical sample for your approval before production begins; short runs of standard silhouettes approve from a digital proof and go straight to cutting.
Pattern grades to all sizes (XS through 4XL standard). Fabric layered, marker laid, automated cutter follows the spec.
Skilled operators sew each garment. Decoration applied (embroidery, sublimation panels, labels). Inspected, packed, shipped.
From a 12-piece short run to a nationwide uniform program, cut & sew is the answer when off-the-shelf blanks won't tell your story: proprietary fits, branded fabrics, premium finishes, hardware that no one else has.
Quick-scan specs so you can size up a project before requesting a brief.
The questions we hear most from brands and corporate uniform buyers.
Stock blanks are off-the-shelf: designed to fit a generic body, made from whatever fabric the manufacturer chose. You pick from their catalog and put your art on it. Cut & sew flips that: we design the garment around your needs first, then build it. The fit is yours, the fabric is yours, the trims are yours. The garment becomes part of the brand instead of a substrate underneath it.
Just 12 pieces for standard silhouettes: polos, tees, button-ups, and jerseys built to your spec on stocked fabrics. Fully bespoke builds (your own pattern, custom-sourced fabric, specialty trims) carry one-time pattern and setup work, so they're quoted case-by-case and the per-piece math gets better as the run grows: at 500+ pieces, cut & sew often beats premium blanks on cost while delivering a fully proprietary product.
Absolutely. This is one of our favorite runs. Fully sublimated custom jerseys with your colors, sponsor logos, names, and numbers, in runs sized for a single event: fan giveaways at sporting events, tournament teamwear, corporate outings, golf scrambles, charity games. Because the art is dyed into the fabric, every jersey is full-color at no extra charge, and short runs mean you order for the event: not for a warehouse.
For bespoke builds, yes, sampling is a built-in part of the process. After we draft the pattern, we produce a physical sample at the size you specify for your approval, and production doesn't start until you sign off. Sample fees roll into the production order if it goes forward. Short runs of standard silhouettes approve from a digital proof instead, which is how they deliver in as little as 14 days.
Two tracks. Short runs of standard silhouettes: as little as 14 days from approved proof to delivered goods. Fully bespoke first runs: plan on 12–16 weeks, roughly 2 weeks for tech pack development, 2–3 weeks for first sample, 1–2 weeks for revisions and approval, 6–10 weeks for production and shipping. Reorders against an approved spec drop to 4–6 weeks total.
Four main types: (1) Teams and event organizers: custom jerseys and giveaway apparel for sporting events, tournaments, and corporate outings. (2) Corporate uniform programs (banks, hotels, airlines, healthcare, food service) where the garment IS the brand. (3) Premium athletic and lifestyle brands going to retail or DTC. (4) Large-scale event and conference apparel where the visual identity warrants something bespoke. If your project sounds like any of those, we should talk.
Yes. We work with mills that hold GOTS, GRS, and OEKO-TEX certifications and can source organic cotton, recycled poly, and TENCEL blends. Sustainability documentation is available with each finished order for brand reporting and retail compliance. The minimum is the same; the cost is typically 10–25% above conventional fabrics depending on the spec.
Both, depending on what produces the cleanest result. Embroidery and sublimation panels are typically applied before sewing (so the print runs across seams or the embroidery sits exactly where the pattern places it). Screen printing on finished garments runs after assembly. We'll recommend the right sequence in the tech pack.
From a 12-piece short run to a nationwide program, the more we know up front (fit, fabric, quantity, budget, deadline), the faster we come back with a real path. Send what you have; we'll fill in the gaps.
