SMALL & LOCAL BUSINESS

Real apparel,
real-person service.

If you run a restaurant with eight servers, a yoga studio with twelve instructors, or a boutique with a half-dozen staff, you don't need an enterprise uniform program: you need a partner who picks up the phone, doesn't push minimums you can't hit, and delivers branded apparel your team will wear. We've outfitted hundreds of independent businesses across the country and built our process around the realities you live with: thin margins, lean staff, and the need for everything to look polished without taking three months to spec.

WHAT WE SOLVE

The four things small businesses tell us they hate about uniform vendors.

Talked to hundreds of operators. Here's what they say keeps making them switch.

01

Minimums that don't fit a small team

Most uniform programs want 36 or 72 pieces minimum. If you have 8 employees, that math is brutal. Embroidery starts at just 6 with us. DTF transfers start at 3. Heat transfers have no minimum. We size the method to your team, not the other way around.

02

Quotes that take a week to come back

You've got an event in 10 days. You don't have time to wait three days for a quote, two more for a proof, then chase the rep for production updates. The instant-pricing wizard gives you a real number in 30 seconds; submitting a custom request gets a same-day response from a real person.

03

Reorders that restart the whole project

You hired two new people. You need two more polos to match the rest of your team. With most vendors that's a fresh quote, fresh art proof, and a re-explained spec. With us, "two more in size M, same as last order" is a single email: we pull your file and ship within the standard window.

04

Customer-facing apparel that doesn't feel premium

Cheap embroidery on a stiff polyester polo screams "rented uniform." For client-facing roles you want something that feels like apparel, combed cotton, brushed fleece, a polo that drapes. Our 8,900+-style blank catalog has the upgrade options most uniform vendors don't carry.

METHODS THAT FIT

What we usually run for small business.

Embroidery for daily uniforms. Screen printing for promo and event merch above 24 pieces. DTF and heat transfers when minimums don't matter.

Embroidery

The right call for staff polos, branded hats, jackets: anything customer-facing where premium feel matters. Min 6 pieces (12+ gets the best tier), locked color match for brand consistency.

FAQS

What small business owners ask first.

What's your real minimum order? Don't tell me 24 if it's actually 50.

Embroidery: 6 pieces (12 recommended). Screen printing: 24 pieces (with small-run pricing 24-71, standard pricing 72+). DTF transfers: from 3 pieces. Heat transfers: no minimum. Patches: 25 pieces. Sublimation: 24 pieces. The wizard on every product page enforces these in real time so you can't accidentally try to order below the floor.

How fast can you deliver for a small order?

5-10 business days standard depending on method. Rush tiers cut that to as little as 2-3 days. The wizard shows the upcharge for each tier so you decide whether the speed is worth it for your job.

Can I order a few different garments in the same job?

Yes, multi-product orders are normal for small business jobs (e.g. polos for managers, tees for crew, hats for everyone). Use the custom request path; the wizard is single-product. We'll quote the whole job as one delivery.

Do you do online stores for selling branded merchandise?

Hosted merch stores are on our roadmap. For now, the cleanest path for selling branded merch is to do a single production run after you collect orders (a Google Form or Shopify form works fine), then we ship to one address.

What if I don't have a logo file?

If you have any artwork (even a low-res JPG, an Illustrator file, or a screenshot of your business card), our art team can work with it. We charge a small fee to recreate vector art if what you've got isn't print-ready. Mention it on the custom request and we'll quote the art work alongside the apparel.

Will I be talking to a salesperson or an actual production person?

You'll get a real person who knows the production side, can answer technical questions, and follows your job from quote to ship. We're a small operation outfitting other small operations. There's no "account team" gauntlet.

Get your team looking sharp.

Use instant pricing if you've already got a blank in mind. Submit a custom request if you want a recommendation, multi-product quote, or anything else that needs a real conversation.
