Multi-location operators have it the hardest: every location needs the same uniforms, the same logo execution, the same color match: but the orders trickle in from individual store managers, district VPs, and corporate at the same time. We've built a workflow around that fragmented reality. Lock the artwork, set the standard, and we deliver to whichever location asks.
We've handled franchise apparel programs from regional six-store operators all the way up to national brands rolling out new uniform standards across 200+ locations. The workflow scales with you.
Front-of-house polos and tees for service teams, branded aprons, hat or visor uniformity, kitchen-staff hats. Durable enough for daily wash; consistent across every location's hiring cycle.
More on restaurant & QSR →Floor-staff uniforms with embroidered logos, name patches that change as employees turn over, branded outerwear for stockroom or delivery teams.
More on retail & specialty →Mechanic shirts, technician work polos, embroidered service hats. Heavy-duty fabric that takes the abuse, name patches for customer-facing contact.
More on auto, repair & service →Trainer apparel, instructor merch, members-only swag for retention programs, branded gear for the front desk and tour-guide staff.
More on fitness & studio franchises →Branded polos for front desk and concierge, housekeeping uniforms, valet vests, restaurant-staff aprons. Brand consistency across all guest-facing touchpoints.
More on hotel & hospitality →Embroidered scrubs for clinical staff, polo programs for office and admin, branded vests for community-outreach teams. Color and logo placement compliant with the brand book.
More on healthcare & wellness →Franchise operators ship us their brand book and ask us to be the firewall. Here's what we actually do with it.
We register your PMS values when we set up the program and they don't change. Year-three reorders match year-one's polo color. New franchisees ordering from us get the same exact uniform as the original locations.
Approved artwork is on file. New location opens? They reorder the same SKUs, sizes, and decoration spec: we ship without re-proofing or re-quoting. Single email reorders are normal at scale.
If individual store managers can order directly, we set up an approved-product list with locked pricing. Manager orders within the spec → ships. Manager wants something off-spec → routes to corporate for approval. Either way, no rogue uniform shows up in a customer's Yelp photo.
Programs that order every quarter get a contracted rate that holds for 12 months. Your budget owner can model uniform spend without surprises; new locations come online at the same per-piece cost as existing ones.
Embroidery is the workhorse of franchise programs, premium feel, durable, scales cleanly. Screen printing comes in for promotional or event apparel.
The standard for polos, button-downs, jackets, and hats. Premium feel, holds up to industrial wash, locked color match for brand consistency. Min 6 pieces, 12+ gets the best tier.
Learn more →For promotional tees, event apparel, opening-day giveaways. More economical above 72 pieces; less premium-feel than embroidery for daily uniforms.
Learn more →For employee name patches that change frequently. Each transfer is per-piece custom, no setup fee per name. Pairs with embroidered base uniforms.
Learn more →Sewn-on or velcro-backed patches for service technician uniforms. Holds up to industrial laundry better than direct embroidery for some fabric types.
Learn more →Polos (most popular), button-down work shirts, embroidered hats, performance polos for outdoor or active roles, fleece quarter-zips, lightweight jackets, name-patched scrubs, kitchen-staff hats, branded aprons.
Browse polos & uniformsYes: for ongoing programs we set up a "locked spec" where corporate approves the products + decoration once, then store managers can order replenishment without going back through corporate every time. Custom requests still route to your contact at corporate for approval.
Heat transfers per-piece. Each shirt gets its name applied individually, no setup fee per name and no minimum on the number of unique names. New hire this week, named uniform out in days, fill-ins run between bulk orders.
Yes. Submit one consolidated order with per-location ship-tos and we'll split it at packing. Charged once, shipped to many.
Most brand books include either PMS or hex values that map cleanly to thread or ink colors. If you have a Pantone TPX (textile) reference, even better. Worst case we pull physical samples for your approval before production.
Yes: for programs ordering quarterly or more often, we'll lock pricing for 12 months. New locations get the same per-piece rate as existing ones. Tell us your annual volume estimate when you reach out.
Every first run gets a digital proof + physical strike-off (sample) for your brand team to sign off on. After approval, that sign-off becomes the spec we re-run forever. You're not approving every reorder. You approved it once.
For multi-location programs, custom request is the right path. We'll set up a brand-book intake call and design a workflow that fits how your locations order.
