INTERNAL EVENTS & CULTURE

Culture you can
hand someone
in their size.

Internal merch is culture made tangible: the offsite hoodie people fight over, the 10-year jacket that means something, the onboarding tee that makes week one feel real. We produce internal-event apparel for HR and people teams: sized to real rosters, delivered before the date on the invite, and nice enough that it leaves the closet.

WHAT WE PRODUCE

Every date on the people calendar.

The internal calendar repeats: offsites, milestones, holidays, new-hire classes. We build the merch for each, under one brand standard.

Offsites & team buildings

The retreat hoodie, the summit tee, the team-color field-day kits: sized from the attendee list and delivered to the venue, not the office.

Milestones & anniversaries

Work-anniversary jackets, service-award gear, IPO and launch-day commemoratives: the premium pieces that mark a tenure.

Holiday gifts

The year-end box’s anchor item: premium embroidered layers and beanies people wear in January, sized per employee, kit-ready.

Onboarding classes

New-hire tees and starter-kit gear by cohort, week-one belonging, restocked per class against the on-file standard.

Internal programs & ERGs

Employee-resource-group gear, wellness-challenge shirts, volunteer-day tees: sub-brands done properly within the corporate standard.

Recognition & awards

President’s-club level pieces with individual names, per-piece personalization that makes recognition feel personal because it is.

WHAT WE SOLVE

The internal-merch problems every people team knows.

01

The event date is on everyone’s calendar

Offsites do not reschedule for hoodies. We plan production backwards from the event, confirm milestones, and ship to the venue when that is the smarter logistics.

02

Collecting two hundred sizes is its own project

We make it a spreadsheet, not a saga, a clean size-collection format, real ladies and tall options so people get gear that fits, and per-person sorting when kits matter.

03

Swag that signals zero thought

A thin tee says the culture budget was an afterthought. We spec keep-worthy blanks at every budget tier, the difference between merch that gets worn and merch that gets donated.

FAQS

Questions people teams ask before the offsite.

How do we collect sizes without chaos?

We give you a clean collection format and real fit options (ladies cuts, talls, extended sizes) then sort per person or per team at packing when kits matter.

Can you ship directly to the offsite venue?

Yes: boxed by team or size run, labeled, and timed to arrive before your advance team does.

Can recognition pieces carry individual names?

Yes, per-piece personalization without setup fees. The 10-year jacket should have their name on it.

What lead time does a 300-person offsite need?

Three to four weeks is comfortable once sizes are in. Rush tiers exist, but for big rosters the buffer is worth protecting.

Can new-hire merch restock per cohort?

Yes: the kit lives on file and each onboarding class reorders against it in days, in that class’s sizes.
