GREEK LIFE & CAMPUS ORGS

Bid day shirts
that arrive before bid day.

Greek apparel runs on a calendar with zero forgiveness: recruitment week is scheduled by the university, bid day is a single morning, and the philanthropy event was announced on Instagram before anyone called a printer. We print for fraternities, sororities, honor societies, club sports, and every campus org in between: semester after semester, with your chapter's art on file and pricing that fits a dues-funded budget.

WHAT WE PRINT

Every drop on the chapter calendar.

Greek orders are seasonal and they repeat, which means once your art and sizes are on file, the second order is a text message's worth of effort.

Rush & recruitment

Rush week tees for the whole chapter, PNM round shirts, recruitment-team matching sets. Designs locked early, printed before the houses open their doors.

Bid day drops

The hardest deadline in Greek life, a full new-member class outfitted for one specific morning. We schedule production backwards from bid day with buffer, because this one cannot be late.

Chapter merch

Letters tees, comfort-colors-style seasonal drops, hoodies and crewnecks, hats with embroidered letters. The gear members wear to class, designed by your chapter, run by semester.

Philanthropy events

Event tees for the annual fundraiser, participant shirts for the tournament, volunteer colorways. Priced so the margin goes to the cause, not the printer.

Big-little & small batches

Reveal-week shirts, family-line tees, senior gifts. DTF transfers handle the 6-to-20-piece orders that screen printing can't price fairly.

Club sports & campus orgs

Intramural and club team jerseys, student government polos, honor society stoles-and-shirts season, engineering team tees. Same calendar pressure, same fix.

WHAT WE SOLVE

The Greek-order problems every chapter knows.

01

Bid day is one morning, not a window

We build the schedule backwards from the date the university set, confirm art early, and ship with buffer. Rush tiers exist if recruitment chairs inherit a late start, the wizard shows the upcharge honestly so the treasurer can sign off.

02

Your nationals have rules about the letters

Most national organizations have art standards and licensing requirements for their marks. Bring your chapter-approved artwork, or your national's guidelines, and we'll print to them exactly. We flag anything in a submitted design that looks like it needs chapter sign-off before it goes to press.

03

Dues-funded budgets with real ceilings

No screen charges and volume pricing above 72 pieces keeps the per-shirt number where a chapter budget needs it. You see the real per-piece price in the wizard before anyone commits, no surprise invoice at the chapter meeting.

04

Every semester starts from scratch

It shouldn't. Your letters, colors, and order history stay on file across exec turnovers: the new merch chair emails us "same as fall, new date" and we're already moving. Chapters that order through the year can lock a 12-month rate.

FAQS

Questions chapters ask every semester.

How fast can you turn a bid day order?

Standard runs 5-10 business days by method after art approval, plan recruitment orders at least three weeks out and you're comfortable. Inherited a late start? Rush tiers, as fast as 2-3 days, are real options; the wizard prices them live.

Can you print our letters? Nationals have licensing rules.

Bring chapter-approved artwork or your national organization's art guidelines and we print to them exactly. If your national requires orders through licensed channels for trademarked marks, check with your chapter advisor first. We're happy to work within whatever your organization requires.

What's the minimum for a big-little or family-line order?

Three pieces. DTF keeps even tiny family-line sets affordable. For matching sets under 24 pieces, DTF or heat transfer is almost always the right price; the wizard will steer you.

Can members pay individually?

We invoice the order as one job to the chapter, most chapters collect through their dues platform or a group payment app first, then place the order with final counts. One payment, one production run, one delivery to the house.

We order every semester. Does it get cheaper?

Repeat chapters keep art on file (reorders skip setup and proofing) and can lock a contract rate for the school year. Volume within each order still drives the biggest price breaks, combine lines and events into one run when the calendar allows.

Can different shirts in one order get different names?

Yes: heat transfer puts a unique name, line number, or title on each piece with no per-name setup fee. Send the roster spreadsheet and we handle the layout.

Lock the order before the calendar does.
